Local flavors with a world flair

Located on 309 North is the The Red Cedar Grille & Cocktails it is the newest addition to the Colmar/Hatfield area. The Red Cedar Grille’s menu will be sure to have something for everyone to enjoy. The experience of the Charitos family’s three generations of chefs and restaurateurs will be apparent throughout the menu which has a focus on local ingredients which are produced in a “from scratch” manner.

Diners will see an influence of beer and food pairings along with a mix of interesting twists on some of the family’s favorite Greek recipes. With a dedication to using locally sourced small business products, the local flavors and world flair will all combine to allow our signature style to flourish.

The “live edge” bar features a unique mix of domestic craft beers, wines, and spirits. The Red Cedar Grille’s cocktail menu features top shelf distilleries specializing in distinctive gins, vodkas, and whiskeys. The Grille’s love for craft beer will be showcased by 12 taps, a Beer Engine, and forty different bottled beers. We have worked with our local craft beer friends to bring an eclectic mix of what these brewers have to offer.

The Red Cedar Grille also offers private dining with seating for up to sixty-five guests. Please contact us for catering or wedding information for your next special gathering.
